Can't be 'democratically nominated' in a rigged sham spectacle for mass consumption.

You keep bringing up the results of a thoroughly invalidated contest like they mean something.
They do.

You guys keep saying how popular Bernie is.

If he was really that popular, he would have crushed her. (who always asks, 'why was it even close'?)

If he was really that popular, he'd be president.

If he was really as popular as you guys preach daily, they'd be carving him over Lincoln on Mt. Rushmore right fucking now.

What's his approval rating in Alabama, Mississippi, Utah, Nebraska, South Dakota and Texas?

God Sanders. He can walk on water.
(if it's frozen)

Sanders became popular in 2016, he became the most popular politician in the US after the primary. Clinton had universal name recognition before the primary ever began..

Which dark place did you pull this argument from?

A day late and a buck short doesn't count.
The argument was that if Sanders is so popular now, why didn't he win? Implying he's not popular and the polls are all wrong..

Sanders wasn't popular in early 2016 while he was running against Hillary Clinton

In 2017, he's the most popular politician in the country, largely for opposing Clinton and Trump and running on a populist left platform

WTF good is his popularity doing for us?

Nothing.
An example of what a decent politician representing the other 80% could be. A standard to rally around. Inspiration. All those things the two establishment parties can't muster, what with sex scandals and all...

Seems to be working rather well, hence that most popular sitting politician thing you hate to acknowledge.

I like results. Inspiration is overrated.
