So again this is stuff for the new guys, Nothing unique about the frame work. Inspiration came from growmau5/timber.

Here is a quick simple no messing about universal diy led framework. Its all basic stuff but people do struggle mounting the heatsinks and use any old crap. Took me 200hours and 18 brackets before i got the right one.

Also please bear in mind that the slot in the profile comes in many sizes .You want slot 6 as the fixings are common. Dont be fooled by that half price slot 5 profile where the nuts cost 400% more.

The 20/20 profile shouldnt cost more than £5 a meter. And they will cut it for you most the time.If they dont then go elsewhere. The stretcher plates are 20-30p each and are the key to this build. I use expensive marine grade lifting bolts at £1.20 each but you can just use a cheap eyelet bolt. The corner brackets will cost £2 for a ten pack All the nuts/bolts etc are a 2-5 quid for a bag of 100

All can be found easily on ebay. If you are in the uk i can give you listing numbers to my suppliers just pm me.

Please note that the pictures in the albums are mostly not fully assembled just placed parts to show the design.

Id reccomend you build your framework as big as you can fit it in your area then you have full 3d control of cob positioning not just up and down. It really helps the ppfd in the corners.

Hope this is useful for someone.

Next up ppfd maps of every cob kit mentioned in various size tents (When the bastard thing arrives)

Im just going to expand on the stretcher plates a bit more as most the sellers use stock photo and you may receive different hole distance or plates with a lip, or just crap quality. 18 brackets to find this 1 ebay number 191718739098 real nice plates ,thick and perfect 90 degrees.
