If you don't have a scope the best way to tell if they're ready is to notice the "hairs". In the bottom pic I noticed a couple of the "hairs" turned red, wait till 60 to 70% of them look that way and you'll be pleased with the results.

Thanks.

She's startin to look yuummy. =)
I couldn't agree with ya more Mo.....but man I do disagree with one thing....the straight sugar.....It was my understanding that using white/brown sugar would only attract ants (could be wrong).....as a suggestion, you may want to use some blackstrap molasses with your watering schedule (2 tblsp per half gallon). In most cases you'd use 2 tblsp per gallon, but since it is sooooo close you may want to do that......however, it is up to you.....

Once again, great lookin' plants
.

Sweet looking plants. I would say about 3-4 weeks prior to harvest if you are not using microscopic aids.

nice plants! I would give them about another 4-6 weeks! It looks like you could almost use your camera as a scope! If i were you i would trim off the fan leaves now since youre about a month from harvest!!! They arent doing anyting anymore other then waving hello to people LOL Another thing is that you said you think you have one thats about ready, you can harvest it now that way you def have some bud, you will have some that will be cured a little before the other batch, and you can consider it a learning experience if its not quite where you wanted! You can read all you want but personal experience is the best! Good luck and happy smokig any questions let me no!:bigjoint:
