It seems that Trump's strategy of denying any wrongdoing seems to be working.
It's brilliant. Have there been any cases where one of us has tried it?
The key thing is, as long as you don't admit wrongdoing, you will not be able to be punished.
Let's say they catch you mid-harvest, hands full of resin and gripping a pruning shear - just say "no I wasn't. This is a made-up story. The police were biased and part of a secret plot against me."
Suppose you get caught making a deal with an informer. Deny it. Say the informant is biased and is taking things out of context. Even if they have you on tape, just say "those things can be doctored. That's not my voice or image. It could have been put together by a 400# guy living in his parents' basement."
Has anybody tried this?
