LOL - I've actually got one of those, still using it, but it will get retired soon. Got it before I knew about strips. Once I get around to doing another strip fixture it will be retired.

Same as any light - it comes with hangers. That's the packet in the bottom center.

It comes with hanging wire / hooks / hardware. Just screw everything together, board to heat sink. Power supply on heat sink. Pretty much plug n play.

Ask @Johnny Lawrence, I have never personally worked with QBs, just am familiar with them in theory.

Due to the fact it's more plug n play and I figured it'd the best bang for my buck starting out at least. You've all been so helpful and I'm sure I'll talk to y'll soon.

An even more DIY LED setup...Doesn't come in kits that I know of yet, but if you actually like McGyvering shit, they're a lot more customizeable.
Look up Bridgelux EB strips or Samsung Strips. There's a bunch of awesome threads here in the LED section that could add up to weeks of research, but those are the main keywords to get you going.

That thing will absolutely drench your space in light. You will not be disappointed.

Good luck! As long as you get good penetration, you should be golden
...if not, you can always add a few strips mounted up and down the sides / corners of your cabinet later, and surround the plant with more light later on.

One last question. What kind of shipping does HLG do? Is here labels all over thhe box of what' inside or is it a plain box or What? Not too concerned about it just I have nosey neighbors

Plain brown box. The return address on the label is listed as HLG Lighting. Nothing obvious about it though.

I’m sure it’s discreet. Maybe a fragile sticker. You’ll be fine. If you ever decide to expand, consider pairing 2-4 COBs with your QB later. Really glad we could help you make an informed decision! When you start growing, tag me. I want to watch the magic.

When I go back to using my bigger space I'm going to make a frame with my QB in the center and cobs and a couple far reds around the perimeter.
