When 9/11 happened I was working on a waste treatment plant, we were building a 10 million gallon retaining pond. The guy who owned the grading co. was a nuclear submarine engineer, he went to school for 10 years and only did one tour. He said the Navy paid him 60,000$ to retire early.

On a side note those retaining ponds had a black ploy liner and deer would slip into them at night. And I had to kill those dumbass does with a shovel. If the pond had three feet of water or more it was easy but if not......ohhh boy.

You might be onto something. I read an article about testing mushrooms to help fight alcoholism.

Thanks for sharing, I was disappointed and afraid when I realized I wasn't bipolar.

Damn you sound like me, I have pins in my shoulders, one fake knee, the other needs to be replaced and a trashed back (but i'm getting better looking!)
I found removing wheat (all forms lol) for 48 hours diminishes the pain in my joints by 50%.
I had terrible back pain for several years, and going with a low-gluten diet helped more than any of the pills my doctor was giving me.
It's hard to be 100% gluten free, but I avoid it when I can.
Also, the "whole grain" stuff that's supposed to be good for us was giving me the most trouble. I have less problems with the shitty bleached flour that my doctor says I should avoid. Go figure...
