Thanks mate. The original plan was to use molasses but ive decided against it. Keeping it simpleLooking great man!
How much molasses do you use?
Yeah man i read up on it properly and learned its just a feed for your beneficials basically so didnt bother with itI dont use it only to feed my endomycorrhizal onve in the grow n thats it
I have heard rumors lately that guys are doing extreme defoliation and hitting 3+ per 1kLads quick question. Defoliate or not?
I have only ever defoliated wide leaf indicas. Selectively. I was always told those leafs store valuable nutrients. But new knowledge has been leaking out about heavy defoliation and I think im going to give it a try on my next runI have heard rumors lately that guys are doing extreme defoliation and hitting 3+ per 1k
Holy crap the size of that fan leaf lolThese are the type I usually remove. And I notice much better growth underneath once removedView attachment 4089012
NO, of you do not do it from the start correctly leave the fan leaves alone, even when defoliating never remove the fan leavesLads quick question. Defoliate or not?
Damn . Well least i know for next time thanks maxI have tried side by side grows , one leaving the fan leafs on, the other removing them, the grow that had them left alone way out preformed the grow that had them removed ,
Was waiting for somebody to say that lol . No mate its just droplets from watering them. Thanks for the heads up thoughPersonally I don't defoliate but that's just me.....but I am concerned with the white spots on your leaves, looking like PM (Powdery Mildew)
If this PM you most certainly need to get it under control really quick...below is a homemade cure
1 gallon of water
1 tablespoon of baking soda
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of dishwashing liquid
Mix the ingredients together and add them to a spray bottle.
Spray your plants weekly, preferably just before lights out
If you do a preventative spray once a week with pH water and 3 ml of h2o2 35 percent you will not hardly ever have a issue with pm or bud rot,Was waiting for somebody to say that lol . No mate its just droplets from watering them. Thanks for the heads up though
Have yet to run into any of them issues " touch wood" haha.If you do a preventative spray once a week with pH water and 3 ml of h2o2 35 percent you will not hardly ever have a issue with pm or bud rot,
It kills it before it can start
The worst time to treat for mites, mold , bugs, is after you already have them , the best time is before you ever get them .Have yet to run into any of them issues " touch wood" haha.
Looks like in a couple of these pics you maybe developing powdery mildew , or did you recently spray them with something?4 weeks in flower today
Yeah so i decided to defoliate a little just to get more light to the lower part of the plants. Also fed them today.
