I was told yesterday that the wait for renewal is currently as long as 5-6 months, hoping it isn't true but sending my papers next week anyways just to be safe.damn dude i'm at week 20 and still nothing.
Mine was received by HC on Aug 9.damn dude i'm at week 20 and still nothing.
Did you use a tracking number by chance? That way you can call them on when they tell you they received itMy renewal was dated July 20something and mailed same day the dr signed it at the post office next door.
They claim they received it feb4 and it’s still being double checked and verified.
Then proceeded to tell me to plan better and get it in sooner so this doesn’t happen next time
I did thank them for the cat litter idea while I waited View attachment 4095413
They would first have to prevent doc's from "recommending" or "prescribing" cannabisStarting to wonder id theres a program change coming soon and they're purposefully letting people expire to avoid another mass grandfathering issue.
No I wasn’t as worried since I had 6months til expiration.Did you use a tracking number by chance? That way you can call them on when they tell you they received it
It's not Mister dress-up.No I wasn’t as worried since I had 6months til expiration.
Program was a mess from the get go and who’s really surprised we live in a time that our pm thinks he’s mr dress up and the u.s is being ran by a pissed off orange version of cartman from South Park.
Totally. If we have to do more than just yearly follow up appointments, may as well just renew every time, or at least twice a year. If you want to grow all year long and stay legally in compliance with the ACMPR, you will have to renew more often to avoid expiry. You can't do anything about their processing times, but if you renew more often you can ensure that you are not expired. On the plus side, I haven't heard of anyone who has paid a penalty for growing with an expired certificate yet.I sent my application in on the 12th of March last year, they said they received it on May11th, I got it back in Oct 23rd. It was dated starting from May 14th. I think their received date is actually when they open the letter and enter your info on the data base. If my license started as of May14th, I am glad I started my grow on May 2nd as there should have been no grounds to refuse it. My next appointment with the weed doc is April, when I will ask for a renewal and increase on my plant count allowance, and I will continue to grow, while they take their sweet ass time to process it
That is a crock of shit....its was a renewal....which prompts this question....do you need a new script if you change addresses?Totally. Just a tip for anyone registering or renewing with a rural address. If you live on an acreage or farm, include the legal land description (lsd) with the address of your residence. My original registration went fine just putting the address. My renewal was held up because they couldn't find my address in a city or town. I had to send them proof from my county of my address. My old registration certificate says only my address. My new certificate says my LSD and my Address.
Technically, they call that an amendment, which requires the same process as a renewal, but without a change of script..That is a crock of shit....its was a renewal....which prompts this question....do you need a new script if you change addresses?
Whatttt ? Their taking as long as people registering for the 1st time, for a friggin renewal ?? I've renewed twice now and it took two months both times.Current one runs out next month and i only get a 6 month scriptI was told yesterday that the wait for renewal is currently as long as 5-6 months, hoping it isn't true but sending my papers next week anyways just to be safe.
That is what the doctor told me yesterday, he could be mistaken though, maybe his other patients screwed up their renewal papers or something. My last renewal took about 2 months as well, I get mine for a year though because 6 months minus wait time isn't even enough time to produce a crop. This entire process is bullshit.Whatttt ? great ..lol this is just crazy, the MMAR system was much faster , i got mine then in 22 days.....Mine was received by HC on Aug 9.
I received the doc Feb 12th ish.

the part that tells me i don't wanna risk my future because i was to horny to grow before i got my license..lol believe me i want to.what part of "just grow" are you folks missing
AGREED!Any agency of our gov that can't process paperwork in a 5 month time frame should be dismantled.
