oh and if you've used em did you just send the money and the order number written or the printed email receipt cus it basically just said to send the moola to the address....didn't wanna sift through 204 pages to see if the answer was there....

I printed my order confirmation, folded it in half, put it and the correct amount of cash in a large greeting card, put the card in the envelope and sent it on its way.

OES Stupid question. Just got my cannarado legendary sunset order in. Weird thing is that it had a HEMP SEEDS sticker on the outside of the package. Other orders in the past never had this sticker. surely this is put on for shipping discreetness and I didn't just buy seeds without THC but have to ask for peace of mind

Ok, so its been over a month now. Is that enough time to get your shit straight and get caught up @OregonEliteSeeds ? You've completely bypassed any of my comments and concerns other than the one about the "free shipping glitch" which was really the least of my worries. Did you happen to read anything else that I (or a handfull of others) wrote in this thread about issues with our accounts? Did you not get the multiple emails I sent on the website contact form about my account issues?

Are you going to address the issue with everyones personal info being in the wrong accounts or will you just continue to ignore it & come on here promoting your flawed website? I just had to reset my password after wondering why I couldnt sign in to my account this whole time. Somehow my password had been changed?? After I reset the password and logged into my account, I find orders I didnt place with names/addresses/phone numbers I am not familiar with. Not sure what has happened but someone made a big mistake somewhere with the accounts. Now my personal info and order history is surely not where it should be if this random persons full info is on my account.
This is obviously a far greater problem than just with my account?

I haven't logged on in a long time over there so I don't know what's going on but I would really hope that would be a top priority if other peoples info is showing up in your account.

I couple things I can say.

I too had to make a new password for the new website. Upon getting in I did see someone elses order ubder my account but it eventually was erased, i'm thinking thats a glitch but regardless it showed me someone elses names and mailin address which is unsettleing because now someone else can possibly see mine.

I've had some communication problems but I was able to get everything resolved via texting the phone number above. Prior to that I never got a response via email or the website, but then again prior to now I never had any problems with OES. I tried to be patient but I did have to follow up a few times to get everything squared away. One thing that always bothered me was i'd see an order ship before another order that was placed two weeks earlier so the orders aernt necesserialy shipped in the order they were received.

Either way, he's got some great genetics and you do get what you ordered in the legit packs. Out of probably 10 orders there was one I did not recieve and the tracking says it was delivered so thats on me I guess, but if you google "usps tracking says delivered" it seems they update the tracking all the time wothout the package being deivered. Only $100 but if it was more id not be too happy.

All this being said, Ive been doing business a few years and i'll be back.

Holy shit, this sort of thing is completely unacceptable happening at all. But apparently it’s been going on for a month?!

i have to speak to my tech people on what happened, I do not know why it did that. when it comes to emails it seems people email old email accounts that is why i now offer the 800 #

guys im really sorry about this situation. ive been trying to improve the website for you guys and it seems to be causing some kind of issues. i just spoke to my tech. i cant type as fast as my mind goes. it only happened with a handful of orders during the time of our switch. Sorry guys

I've been watching your site waiting for a cannardo drop, after reading that's it's giving out private information and location it saddens me I can't purchase anything safely. I do hope you get a handle on this unfortunate situation because it's super scary.

Hi guys,

First of all I want to say that we apologize for not getting back to you. We get a high volume of emails that we are working on a new system for, so that we won't miss any inquiries like these in the future.

As for the glitch of seeing someone else's orders, this effected a small portion of users with pending orders when we moved to our new website. We have approximately 6000 users

After each order was fulfilled and each user reset their password to log in, the information should be deleted.

At OES we don't access your personal accounts so there is no way for us to see this as an on going issue.

Again, I apologize for not correcting this as soon as it was brought to our intention. We are putting the procedures in place so that communication is not an issue in the future.

If you are seeing these issues with your account please contact me at this number by call or text and I'll have it manually resolved for you.
