that's because a bug ate your plant, I think the 2 cases were separate issues.

I don't think the brown spot and this are related issues. Although I could be wrong, some of the pictures are blurry and you cant really make it out to well.

my dog being a normal stupid ass dog ripped it out of the ground it was ripped out for 10 minutes max i reburried it but there’s no strength left back in it at all now does that mean it’s dead? it was of course had to be right before i gotta leave to work but i tried using bread ties to hold it up

Just got home from work taking a look at it. Looks like leaves died but the stem actually has strength again, when I stuck it back into the soil it wouldnt even stand up but, I hope its gonna do alright.

Alright, look at yesterday’s pictures. It got extremely worst today.

Leaf miners are attacking my tree as well, I squish them with my nail and leave the leaf on the plant. I read that you can make some homemade pesticides, by using oil extracts(olive oil, lavender oil and vegetable oil) and mixing with water then putting those contents in a spray bottle and foliar application will kill of pests. Not sure if this will work still fighting the miners on my tree with nail, if things get worst I will attempt this method. Ill post a pic tomorrow after the day job to show you what I'm fighting.
