350-400 watts will absolutely replace a 600w HPS no problems. If it doesnt yield you the same as you did under the hps, you fucked up your technique/environment conditions somewhere. That's not the LEDs fault, it's the grower's.replacing 600w hps

What? That is totally false. You need 85F room temps with LED for your plants to be able to utilize that amount of intensity. I pulled 18 ounces using 420 watts of chinese blurple LEDs in a 2x4 tent (check my sig). Chinese blurple LEDs are half as efficient as your QBs are. You should have no problem yielding the same amount of bud, once you figure out how to grow under LED. There is a slightly different approach.
