I'm not worried,I'm just impatient... I'm ready to get this done right, and these lights seem to be the right way...You will no worries
So the new v2 uses the same driver correct?
That's because half the grow world already has V1.....haYou will no worries

Hey now! That truck is a 1995 and never fails me. I keep it around for jobs just like this!
I'm attempting to build my first QB setup. The space I'm outfitting is 2.5' x 6', I ordered 4 QB288's V2 3000k with slate 2 heatsinks this afternoon for this flower space. I'm still not 100% on what driver I should be using. I was looking at wiring the 4 in series, and using a dimmable driver. HLG-240H-C1050B, or HLG-320H-C1400B, is where my head is at based on HLG's QB288 Board guide. The board guide covers version 1 though, so I'm unsure.
@Stephenj37826 can I ask for your input?
I think he said the new v2 550 pulls 485 watts with more usable light then v1 550 where the v1 pulled 515 wattsGet a new 550. I think Stephen said they pull 300 and something Watts and push out more than a 550 in light.
What show is that?OK, I could have misheard. I listen to the show when I get up on Saturday mornings with lots of wake and baking.
They're talking about the Grand Master Level show on YouTube. The clip specifically is here at 1:11:00What show is that?
5000K is way too blue. If I was doing one light for veg and flower, it would be 3000KIf I buy a 5000k QB 288,will it be good for the whole grow?
