Hopefully all the plants finish up around Mothers Day. I started the next round of seeds a few weeks earlier than I should have. Now I’ve got plants that are nearly twice the height that I like to start flower at. Guess I’ll have to slow them down somehow.Looking good man. Looks like they have a few weeks to go, at least!
Does the raspberry pheno look different than other cnc phenos?Last flowering round done. Plants have hung to dry for 2 weeks and are going into containers this weekend. Next round of plants are roughly 10 days into flower. Two unique phenos of Jelly Pie and Boom Town. This round I am training the plants to keep the height of the canopy even. More pictures to follow in the weeks to come.
I did find the raspberry cookies phenotype of Cookies & Chem though. That's the CnC #1 plant in the previous posts. She's been added to my stable of keepers and will be getting a proper flower run soon. Totally wish I had more room for more plants!
Yes, the CnC #2 documented in this post is a heavy Cookies leaner -- flower structure and aroma. Very earthy, sweet and hashy. Stupid frosty as well. Very interested in using her as breeding stock because of the insane layer of resin covering the plant. Trimming is a breeze too; hardly any sugar leaves anywhere.Does the raspberry pheno look different than other cnc phenos?
I should comment that the raspberry cookies pheno has more leaf and is generally more acceptable.Yes, the CnC #2 documented in this post is a heavy Cookies leaner -- flower structure and aroma. I couldn't say. Seems like a pheno that is expressing most of the shared genetic traits between Cookies & Cream and the Stardawg. I found that pheno and another pheno which grew like a GSC Forum cut plant -- lots of stretch, smaller flower clusters and the aroma is dominated by janitorial scents and funk, with a layer of sweet, slightly burnt cookie dough. I find the latter's effects to be more desirable, where the raspberry cookies pheno has the fruitier aroma that most tokers enjoy.I'm not too sure when I'm going be popping mine but, I have 3 packs of cnc. I'll definitely watch for the raspberry cookies pheno. You're the first I've heard mention this pheno, is it common to see?
Hear! Hear!Cannabis genetics are fucking cool!
All encouraging words, I can't wait to get popping some of these. It sounds like most of these Greenpoint stains are going to put the carbon filters to the test. Keep up the good work bud.I couldn't say. Seems like a pheno that is expressing most of the shared genetic traits between Cookies & Cream and the Stardawg. I'm pretty damn excited for this current run though. I'm starting to get pinesol and bleach aromas from one of the Boom Town plants; the sister plant has a lighter, sweeter aroma that reminds me of sweet, creamy lemons. Then there's the two Jelly Pie plants -- one is a definite Grape Pie / Cherry Pie leaner and the other is a nice balance of funk and sweet grape. Cannabis genetics are fucking cool!
They do work your smell control hard, especially the week after you chop and hang. I had to put a filter in the drying closet just to keep the smell from permeating throughout the whole house. All encouraging words, I can't wait to get popping some of these. Those damn girls were real hungry for extra Magnesium and Calcium. Hit them with an extra dose to sort them out and now they're really starting to stack calyxes.Looking really good.
Looking good bro. Looks like your gonna get a nice purple jelly pieEnd of week 6 (~35 days) of flower! These girls are impressing me every day. This is definitely my favorite grow thus far.

That Jelly Pie smells delicious too -- grape flavor all the way, with the overall profile smelling like grape koolaid on one and grape incense on the other.Looking good bro. Looks like your gonna get a nice purple jelly pie
