Sometimes you have to make sense out of nonsense...Because it's what they want to do, of course! Who wants to be Al Bundy when they could be Jorge Cervantes?!

We always want more than we need and we don't fly straight no more... Thats a real chazzer, let Frank Lopez tell it...Growers and traffickers and dealers have always done that. Its marketing 101.
You cannot expect anyone in any job to earn the same as they did 5 or 10 years ago.
Thanks for saying that!!! I had almost forgot about the seeds that i had ordered from greenpoint!!!rest of the world still needs seeds, I don't see the price changing to much on what are normally sold out runs. Price of less popular or less sought after lines may get a little cheaper depending on demand but we are already seeing that with the reverse auctions and more breeders breeding.
A lot of the cost of seeds is due to resends due to customs seizures.
Actually, some places like Radio Ridge Nursery sell direct from the breeder cuts and give a commission to the breeders for every clone they sell. Radio Ridge has a bunch of Bodhi's best cuts and they've got a bunch of cuts from Strayfox and MTG too. Most others get the best cuts and don't give a commission. Clone nurseries just want you to keep buying clones from them, that's why they'll sell you the best cuts. They're not competing with you on the flower market, they're competing against other clone nurseries, which might not make sense to you if you're just a small-time grower but a lot of larger growers will buy hundreds to thousands of clones from clone nurseries instead of going through the hassle all of producing clones themselvesI dont think i'd ever go to a shop and buy clones, because I dont think a shop would ever sell you as good as a cut as you can find in seed. Why would they give up their best?
Thanks for explaining that. There is none of that around me, so I didnt even realize.Actually, some places like Radio Ridge Nursery sell direct from the breeder cuts and give a commission to the breeders for every clone they sell. The seed market is already over saturated and every pollen chucker out there is trying to setup an online shop. I don't even bother with any of the stuff out there. I purchased almost every landrace I could find and I'll make my own seeds. I see no reason to pay $10 a seed when I can easily make thousands myself. The seed market is going to collapse. Right now it's a bonanza for illegal states but as those switch over and the remaining growers can buy clones only a handful of commercial breeders will survive. On the plus side legalization should bring lots of awesome online seed trading for headstash growers. "Remember when people paid $100-200 a pack?"
Shabang! That's my gig, right there! Know any venture capital? LolShort term to medium term money will be in designing, producing and selling the specialised agricultural and industrial process that come with producing any large crop.
People are finding out how easy it is to make your own seeds. Once you get some decent genetics there is absolutely no reason to ever buy seeds again.rest of the world still needs seeds, I don't see the price changing to much on what are normally sold out runs. Da fuk?You cannot expect anyone in any job to earn the same as they did 5 or 10 years ago.
That's why you go to a specialist because the dispensaries sure aren't giving out their best cuts. Thanks for explaining that. There is none of that around me, so I didnt even realize.
Hah, ive never been to either in my life, I wouldnt know (yet!)That's why you go to a specialist because the dispensaries sure aren't giving out their best cuts.
Sounds like the alcohol industry after prohibition. Bootleggers arent making $100s of thousands that i know of.a family can eat a pound of beans in one meal, they can eat 2 or 3 pounds of potatoes at one meal....they ain't gonna smoke a pound of weed per meal....you got some hardcore smokers, and some people who like to make extracts, but your average smoker would be hitting it hard to go through an oz a week, so who are you selling all these 35 dollar pounds to?
what will happen is that people will just quit growing it for a while. if they can't make any money at it, why try? they'll grow for themselves, and everyone else can smoke government bullshit pesticide weed for a while, then when they get sick of it, and sick from it, they'll start looking for their old sources again....and we'll still be here, and we'll be well aware of what they're paying at the shops.....
A GOOD THING.Sounds like the alcohol industry after prohibition. Bootleggers arent making $100s of thousands that i know of.
Im gonna have to learn how to do that... It makes way too much sense not to do so...The seed market is already over saturated and every pollen chucker out there is trying to setup an online shop. I don't even bother with any of the stuff out there. I purchased almost every landrace I could find and I'll make my own seeds. Cut flowers! Huge money as far as ag is concerned. You live in a good place for that!Or just go bigger if you can afford to stay in the game and hold out for during the "weeding" period. If possible I'll try to go bigger; if not, I'll switch to vanilla. It's a really profitable crop already. We're already planning on doing an acre of vanilla, but we could do a lot more if desired. And maybe some organic heirloom tomatoes on the side; also a pretty lucrative crop and pretty much exactly the same to grow as cannabis without the drying and trimming.
Think about it, if you're working at a job for that long ,wouldn't you want a raise? Its like girl scout cookies ... It doesn't cost hardly anything to grow them, but because of the name, you can charge whatever you want... They consider it to be something new, right? But its been around for a minute, just not for public consumption... Maybe G13 is a better example... Anyway, as the name changes on the same weed, the ticket changes... Im sorry, I got distracted by the Scarface game... Im trying to play that snd do this at the same time... Bottom line is that no one wants to make the same amount of money as they were 5-10 yrs ago... At least I wouldn't, that's for sure ..Da fuk?
Why the hell not?
Skill and experience costs money and makes a huge difference.
FACTS!!!A GOOD THING.
Cannabis is different because of its undeniable medicinal value.
States where cannabis has been legalised have lower rates of opiate use, abuse and death than those where it's still outlawed. The word is getting out, in spite of the Shackler's (family business; Purdue Pharmaceutical, makers of Oxycontin) best efforts.
With all due respect, any company that wants to keep its best people offers raises to reflect their growing skill and experience.Think about it, if you're working at a job for that long ,wouldn't you want a raise? Shit, I wasn't talking about me, im only working till I get off of probation then im gonna turn up!!!With all due respect, any company that wants to keep its best people offers raises to reflect their growing skill and experience.
If they don't, those people will go somewhere that does.
Maybe you need to be in a different company or line of work. No disrespect meant.
