I’d say no unless you got at least 500£ to spend on one! LEDs are fucking shit unless you got big £, I did one on a led which was suppose to be 600w from eBay for 60£ little did I know that it was actually 60w and I got a fucking 3.5 of a plant lmaoo that shit sucks! I recently got a hps for my one after the led and got 2oz from each plant!

look up some quantum board kits. fucking lifesaver. used to run 1200W HPS + a 1200W ac to keep it cool. took out 2 600w hps bulbs and replaced them with 800W of quantum pucks. took out my ac and boarded up the hole. what was 2400W is now a third @800W and WAY BRIGHTER!

If you have more floor space you could use the same amount of power and cover more plants.
If not, and you already have HPS stuff, stick with what you have until it breaks, then swap over.

Black Dog is a fucking scam. You want anything with COBs, QBs, or Bridgelux EB or Samsung F strips. They should be brand name, either Bridgelux, Cree, Citizen, or Samsung. Try any of these RIU sponsors:

they arent lensed so no. I think it would be very rare to find a waterproof grow light.
