so I decide to google one 'Umair Haque', like many here; I know not his qualifications (education history), motivations, background on the subject matters (and so forth). my first eyebrow was raised by the lack of credible / researchable / unbiased by Umair's own hand site links. Further checking (and please correct me if I'm wrong) seems to show he's a bit of a new age political 'thinker' (like a motivational speaker if you will) and a little self aggrandised (imo). His company seems to sell stuff you don't 'really' need 
I'm personally wary of this type, they generally try to generate a cult around their thinking ..but never offer tangible answers for the problems raised (certainly nothing more then fanciful thinking he can not back up with historical precedence, facts etc, etc).
However, this was from a brief perusing of the internet (and such).
Saying that, his words seem fanciful (some might say lies) but have a hint of truth in them (there are things we would all like to change within the US). However they just seem to lack credibility. By that I mean, if we look further afield then the US; we see countries with far worse problems (social and economic) then the US and they do not collapse. It seems that for a country to truly collapse it's people (as a whole) must see a positive in that collapse (rather then the chaos we know so often comes following a true collapse), otherwise the majority will never risk it. Instead (historically) they tend to rally/knuckle down and just keep going ..until the decline become an 'incline'. Whats the saying: If you get lemons, make lemonade

I think the article lacks central context in defining who the population is that believes in a white supremacist God. Obviously white supremacists may hold this belief, but I do not see it as an even remotely mainstream. Otherwise interesting read but the central premise is really not supported.

the guy he's talking about is weirdo, who has been disowned by the republicans. they don't even allow him to come to events.apparently his district has very poor turn outs for primaries, they have 52,000 voters and he won the primary with 824 votes....
so basically, he's judging America and our political system on one event....

there about a dozen nazis running for office on the GOP ticket right now. so definitely not weird or anything. i never remember this many nazis on the GOP ticker in previous elections, but ya know an uptick in literal nazis on the GOP ticket is just kinda bla. nothing to worry about, really, just a whole bunch of avowed nazis running for office as republicans.
