The only thing worse than "the Man" is cable TV or or internet companies. I personally do not like or watch TV but my old lady (1960s hippie speak for my woman) might want to have some TV.

I have 25 MB download via shit Comcast/ I am rocking a NetGearN300 which will do 340MBps with 8 downstream and 4 upstream channels.

Maxtvlive.com claims 750 US channels, 800 Uk channels and loads more for $25 a month. They sell three different Kodi boxes. The top of the line is $99.95 which includes Kodi No Limits.

Personally, I would rather spend my bread on QB boards. Peace and thanks for any help.

Pray for Blue Boy's soul. He was dropping that acid.

Try "Showbox" app, you get most of the new movie releases and new TV box sets, great app and it's all free.

No it's a free to download and use app. You need to have a smart TV or android device to get it. I plug my tablet via HDMI lead into my TV and stream that way, also you can download all the content.
You won't find it on play store, just search Showbox app free download.

Kodi and plugins are free. Never pay anything ever.

Try Kodi Nolimits build. Version is 11, free.

Firesticks will be 20$ in a couple of days when prime day arrives.

PC can be used with HDMI cable to TV as well. Free

I gave up on torrent files. Sheety virus sites and the ever popular cease and desist orders from lawyers and ban threats from ISP. VPN aint sheet either..
I use PIA VPN, never had a problem in like 6 years, never had any ISP emails either, I also use Tor, but not always. I watch whatever I want whenever I want, commercial free. I gave up on Kodi right about the same time they changed their name to Kodi from XBMC. I will admit that sporting events can be problematic with torrents, so maybe not the best solution if you are into sports in a big way, but you can always find streaming sites for the odds and ends imo. I haven't had any virus issues either (sometimes with games, usually false positives), of course I only download from Trusted and VIP members on PB. I did have endless issues with XBMC and broken scripts, streaming lag and just didnt like the interface and menus at all. Kodi probably makes sense from a set top box perspective, I have my main PC hooked up to the big screen with wireless KB and mouse. Not everyone is going to want to do that. I have tried everything over the years and I always come back to the torrents.

So download Kodi V 11.0 to the firestick and run on PC or tablet with HDMI into the TV? I have about 25 MBps down and maybe 1.5 to 2.5 up on Comcast. I wonder if a faster PC or tablet helps to avoid any glitching?

So on Kodi No Limits you can pretty much watch almost anything? Thanks for all the help everyone.

Kodi 17.6 or 18 to the firestick. Then no limits 11.0, yes everything pretty much. Speed should be ok for HD and lower. 720-4k may lag.

Just Google Kodi firestick then Google nolimits build install.

:-)

Teatv. Just dowload program, no need for addons and such. Really amazed by how well it works, especially since kodi has been sucking lately.

Give it a shot, you will thank me.

Should I run a VPN to mask you from the content providers lawyers? Thanks.

I was checking the Fire Cube because it has 16 GB internal versus 8 GB internal for Fire Stick. I want to make sure there is no glitchy streaming. Do I need a VPN so I do not get pinched by the coppers? Thanks.

Myself I sub to iptv. I use a buzz xpl 3000.
Tons of ch and lots of sports. Never pay for a high end fight as it’s included.
Canadian and American tv. Works like a cable box. Special ch and hbo and stars etc.
The price is fair for iptv 10 to 15 bux a month.
Have kodi installed but don’t watch that much anymore sometimes though.
Also terrarium I use. The ad free version.
So me I have tons to watch lol

Do you have a link? $10 to 15 a month including the box?

Is this it?

https://iptv.shop/

Says 60 euros a year if you prepay for the year. My 50" flat screen is probably 8 years old. It says it needs a smart TV so I may need to get a newer TV.

Can you run a second TV with some sort of hub? Thanks.

It says I need a stable 4 mb connection. I have about 30 MB down and 2.3 MB up. I wonder if that is good enough???

I got 3 fire stick and 1 of the bigger firetv and neither lag unless the wifi is acting sheety or the server is overloaded. The fire TV is faster a
You shouldn't need a smart tv because the stick is the smart part. :-) no monthly fees either. I watch TV from everywhere on the planet. Just need to update no limits when a new build releases. Press an on screen button and pick a family friendly build or the adult section included build.

No VPN here, never had issues streaming just when downloading and sharing on torrents.

Its 10 to 15 a month per box but you need a box like buzz xpl 3000 or Dreamlink iptv boxes or a box named global box. Android boxes will work if they are the latest.
Have to buy a box separate though the price between 10 to 15 bux is just for the live iptv and vod section.

Once you have the box you find a reseller. I find the server I use is the best out there. Supported very well. Called the ok2 server. Has Canadian and also American ch. Other languages as well.
As for a box I find the best to be the buzztv box and the global box.On these boxes you can watch kodi and load terrarium.
Some people just use kodi and terrarium but me I like live tv without buffering.
Iptv is like a cable box.
And yes you need high speed if you don't it wont work very well.

I wonder if those boxes have lots of RAM to suck in the feed, buffer it to avoid glitchiness. Firestick has 8 gig of RAM or memory. Thanks to all posters. :-)
