This grow I am continuing on efforts of user Max420THC. I am 3 weeks into flower and I will be growing one screen of 9 Critical + 2.0 and another screen that is a mix of 6 Original Cheese and 3 White Berry.
My last grow I finished was 1lbs/light average with one side actually hitting 1.3lbs.
I have a gorilla grow 4x8 Tent, that has the walls lined with Orca Film. There are 2 low cost Amazon 1000w HPS Bulbs ($30/bulb that i use 2 months then replace). I have 2 cool tube reflectors that I have lined the reflectors with the same orca film as the sides of the tent.
Im growing in a Ebb and Flow 5 gal bucket system which has 100% perlite. Using 2 parts of a 3 part fertilizer at 8ml/4L of micro and 16ml/4L of bloom. Also Silica and calmag.
The clones were approximately 1 month old, and were on a flood and drain table in 1gal pots or solo cups filled with a 50/50 mix of perlite and coco coir. They have been topped with 3/4 tops each, before moving into the 5gal buckets.
Once transplanted i vegged for approx a week before flipping the lights to flower. I cut all the plants to the height of the lowest branch under the net. I then used a technique not heavily promoted on this site, removal of almost all lower branches, leaving all fan leaves and maybe 1-3 bud sites at the very top of each terminal stem. In this way the plant has only a few places to send all the growth, the top. I also pick the top 24-30 terminal stems and remove anything more (depends how dense the plants grow, more indica plants tend to have less tops that i leave, the idea is to allow optimal penetration of the whole cola, with the least amount of over lap of fan leaves and optimal air flow). As the plants grow if a stem starts to gow taller then the surrounding, pinch it near the top (often ill pinch 5 or more in a screen) .
At the end of the week for the next 3, i will analyze the branches for growth. Any branch that grows away from the main terminal by more then 1 inch is removed. At first this is very unnerving and looks almost Frankenstein-ish. Also After the last trim, I lower a double screen over the plants and seperate them to allow penetration, air flow and little overlap of fan leaves. Take note of this, next grow you may have to allow more tops or less based on this.
At this point I'll relax and adjust the light height as the plants grow.

Here are the girls when they first go to flower. See how the lower branches are removed and no fan leaves.
