The facts coming from that region are convicing that Sarin was dropped by Assad's air force during more than one air raid. The next bit about the false flag story is "why would we do it when we were winning" is shown to be false because the last air drop of Sarin caused the collapse of all resistance in the region, effectively sealing Assad's control for of Syria.
