Hi! 4x4x80...what inches or centimetres??? But 4x4 is 16ft2 so 30w/ft2 I let you do the math! But I guess 4 qb's is what most use for this size!
There is a thread on DIY qb's if it is what you want to do!

They do the same job really. lm301b are a bit better on the efficiency but less wattage so it evens out.
