It’s kind of crowded. Between the leaves is typically wet and I’m not sure why. All three plants are budding a lot

Trying to decide if I need to defoliate, or cut any leaves off. If I should defoliate, how much? Also which ones.
Can anyone estimate how much bud I should expect too?

Personally I wold do everything in my power to prevent powdery mildew, including defoliation. If you notice wet leaves, PM is near.

Defoliation does work, but it depends on the strains. Here's my defoliated THC bomb from last year

Heya fella :) firstly well done on the effort Matie :) nice grow and looking healthy under that led set up congrats :) I could tell you what I'd do in your situation, I could never tell you what to do as she is your baby:) I'd make sure your 150 duct fan is working as could as it could meaning top to bottom draw. Fan pulling air through the tent from the top and vent holes at the bottom, Create draw. I'd try trellis some of your bud sites or low stress tie em out the way abit to promot your light to bud sites. And same with defoliation. Never more than a third and shouldn't really be doing it in flower unless your near the end of. so less is best but still if ya can't train em lose em if they compromising your bud sites. Hope I'm making sense? Move em or lose em type thing. Train them girls well :) your bud weight will depend on how well you train and how much of that quality light you can get in your buds without burning. Your strain, and your timing :) I would trellis them and defoliate anything standing in the buds way. Strip alittle off the bottom as obviously everything on top is in the way of the light so slowly get rid of it. And when all goes well when ya cut em and dry it up you'll get a tasty 6 - 8 ounce:)

If the conditions (environment) and growth (density, patterns) are causing the transpiration of the leaves (which are laying on top of each other quite think, I assume) to build up like dew and not evaporate. Then yea, defoliate those "excess" leaves, and/or do something else to reduces that humidity.
Did I miss it, or did you not even include the environmental conditions? We can't even know if it's just straight up too humid because you didn't give the humidity, for example.
Also, a non-pink pic would help (in most cases, not necessarily this one.) :)

I think this grow was completed last year 2com. Put down the bong.
