Suck a dickI don't take anything personal that's said online but I do try my best to give correct information out and don't mind if people think I'm a cunt for correcting them if I know what they are putting out there is bad info. I'm here to learn just the same as everyone does and have wasted plenty of time and effort from following the wrong advice from well meaning guys in real life and online. There's alot of stuff that when I first started growing was best practice but is know known to be either useless or even harmfull, growing is a constant evolution and no one can be right about everything but I try to keep up with as much new techniques and findings as I can it's part of what I do in my regular job so that helps.
My ways aren't the best and we all have our own styles but when it comes to things like botany and biology there's no inbetween, there's facts and fallacies (not phalluses) digging our heads in the sand and ignoring facts doesn't help anyone improve.
Rum is greeeeaaattWho cares about rum ..rum is shit lol
I’ll have to take a photo of the yellow sticky cards I’ve got around them. One of them fell so it was laying down and it’s COVERED in them. I STILL can’t get red of them.Yellow sticky strips from Bunnings help stop the mature ones getting back into the coco I find. I had a minor infection and now it’s pretty much gone. Might see one every couple of watering now, before I’d see a handful every watering.
Downside is they’re sticky and I’m forever getting myself stuck on it.
Get some Sydney playsand and it creates a barrier and the surface will stay dry, spray some eco oil on it and itll work for you. Had to do it a few years back. Worked beautifullyI’ll have to take a photo of the yellow sticky cards I’ve got around them. One of them fell so it was laying down and it’s COVERED in them. I STILL can’t get red of them.
Good point. I’ll modify my design a littleIf you feed out from a 40A RCD and have a fault you:'ll lose power to all the other feeds.Id go through a 40A breaker then feed 10A RCD's.
I’ll try anything at this point. Cheers for the helpYou could try using Dipel (Bacillus Thuringensis or B.T) they sell it at produce stores or at bunnings it's sold as "Natures own Caterpillar Killer" by Yates or beneficial nematodes,if you dont mind using chemicals this is the stuff from the hydro shop
Yeah hang them below your canopy, not saying they will help with major infestations but they definitely help keep them under control before they get established.I’ll have to take a photo of the yellow sticky cards I’ve got around them.
