Something I failed to mention, many houses including my own do not use central air conditioning. I have an evaporative cooler/swamp cooler as my source of in home cooling.
Very cool.(pun intended) That means all you're really running is fan power more than anything else.
My house personally is on a 100 amp capacity , and my garage that I grow in is 60 Amps running a mini split, dehumidifier and a couple 1000 watt lights. Just for an idea. I was playing with the idea connecting either the garage or house with the panels but I barely know anything about solar energy except what I read on google and that information is very conflicting.
You need to call around local suppliers/installers in your area. Many of them will come out, take a look and recommend systems and tell you exactly the best way to go about doing it. From what you're saying, you'd probably get away with a smaller system (5 or so kw) and I would just run my home off it and pay regular power for your grow area.
That may not sound like an idea you like, but consider: with a footprint that small (as far as power usage of your main home is concerned) with a still relatively powerful system (5 to 7kw) you would in all likelihood not only be able to maintain your regular, non-appliance lighting throughout most of the day, but you might even have storage enough to run into the night if you have to.
A technician cold advise you better, but that's the direction I would head with it because hooking up to those big 1000 watters is going to kill it very quickly and you wouldn't really get nearly as much bang for your buck out of it. It'd be going back to the "hook it to your AC unit" scenario.
Consider this: you could leave every light in your house on and be watching a 60 inch 4k tv and you'd still be using less power than a single 1000 watt grow light.
aaaand my prediction about you lying about being done in here comes true. Way to go, liar.
I was simply pointing out your butthurt and hypocrisy. I wasn't trying to educate you on anything. It's already abundantly clear that's not possible in your case.
