I’ll try that.
The guy I got it from had it set at 205. But it fluctuates 210 to 202.
The instructions say 210.
What will lower temp do. More product.

Less but different consistency. 230°F will yield the most, but less flavor and harder to scrape up. 160°F will be the easiest to scrape, most terpy but lowest yeilds.
Play around with temps and times for each strain. You have lots of material to play with.

in this last video you do no need to cut both wires.only one..doesnt matter which one lol..its a switch..

I just thought oil is usually made with iso and the prefered method is qwiso, then butane for honey oil,shatter wax, then ethanol to make an edible type oil. And then there is solventless like bubblehash and rosin press.

Its hard to keep up with all these extracts. when I was a kid it was just iso which I thought is now not the best, hence Im surprised you cats are doing it. Guess its personal preference, I havent done enough of either to have one, just going by what Ive seen and read.

Traditionally shatter, budder, wax, HTFSE, HCFSE are all made using a mixture of n-butane and propane or just butane. Adjust ratios based on what end product you're shooting for. You can definitely get gold from ISO but the washes tend to be shorter so the yield is less.

id think more pressure would be needed...I could be wrong. but it does produce a better product. More in active thc ....more terps.
can you adjust pressure on the unit or does it do its own thing each time the same.

I have used the plates to decarb rosin at 225 for a couple minutes.
From a ball of in active butter .....It turns clear and stays this way..

I can udjust It so it doesn’t give as much pressure but obviously can’t adjust for more.
It has up and down button on my command.

Try the 175 to 180 range, depends on strain of course. Work your way up from there.

165° is the lowest I have tried. Almost shatter like consistency.
