This thread makes me wistful for Republican rage over Obama's "illegal and unconstitutional use of executive orders".

What a crock of shit that was, huh?
republicans have "variable memories"....they change to suit the situation. i'm sure if you asked any republicans about it, they would have some kind of explanation why it was bad for Obama but is ok for trump...but i've found that when a republican tries to explain politics to me, my eye starts to twitch, and a droning starts in my ears, and after a couple of minutes, i want to hurt them to make it stop......

This is a loyalty test of his Supreme Court. " I got'cha da job, now are you gunna' follow orders, Gorsuck and Kavanaw? 'Cuz, I'll remove you, if you don't toe 'da line". "'Dis is MY kingdom, I'm king and you're not". It won't be the last test, either.
The only problem is that you have to get the favors BEFORE you appoint them.

Once there, they are there for life and don't need your sorry ass anymore.

I think it is a stretch to say that because someone came into our country illegally, they are not subject to our laws. Aren't ambassadors from other countries the only ones not subject to our laws? So this seems like a classic distraction issue to me. I think a constitutional amendment will be the only way to change this.

Of course it's in plain English. The confusing part for republicans is they can't read plain English.
righties have a problem with words in general. they don't read them all, they don't know what they mean when they're put together and you can forget punctuation which will easily change the meaning of the werdz..all together called a sentence.

critical thinking?

Constitutional attorney George Conway (kellyanne's husband) already said he CANNOT change it. 'They' are wrong (whoever that is to which he constantly refers).

They said!

Kellyanne Conway's husband calls Trump's plan to end birthright citizenship 'unconstitutional' in op-ed

The Dumpster is not an attorney and doesn't know jack shit..he's doing it for the media coverage..same with the Mueller shit..Trump knows it's over and they'll be taking him out in one of these:

we need to go back to keeping them in a basement; then hosing them off once a year for family picnic..then back they go.

you know what i'm talking about..a few beers and they're talking to you but their eyes are looking in a totally different direction..you know the uncle that never married? has a pitiful little guerrilla grow somewhere won't stop bugging the shit out of you until you see it.
