I'll inch them closer and proceed cautiously. They were ~ 27" away. Just moved them to 24" away. Will adjust every couple of days and see what happens.

First of all, i asked him if he was farther away because of the higher number of lights and believe he can definatlet get closer with less lights and have just as good a grow. Second, no bleaching is white not yellow leaves. Those pics are also almost a week before my chop(journal is afn) and they were still white and mostly straight. They were better on harvest.

Concidering the guy that says my 135 watt light is not the same as his 16 288s XD all QBs come in 288 diodes or 304. Such a joker you are, but he clearly measured himself and decided he could probably move them closer. Concidering his i itial post said 3 ft or 36" if he was at 27" he obviously moved them forward abit before i asked him meaning i am right that they could be closer. You and i are done im only talking to the grower.

Im not bothering with that guy i only came to check out you're plant as i saw you post it somewhere else the other day. I just thought that was a hefty ass bill for 16 lights and wondered why not less lights and bills just closer. I already in my forst post judged that you might not be able to put all 16 as close as i can do 1 but thought 36" still seemed very far. Anyways it looks good and i hope it keeps going well.

You're already on the right track with reading the plant n adjusting as needed. Qb's have some ballz when run hard.

Unfortunately for you, my pictures show ZERO green veins and yellow outers on the leaves. Top to bottom only yellow from 78 days at that point(took at 84) when the breeder iists 70 day average. Again, my buds in the jars are ZERO white. My leaves are ZERO different colors in them. I am blocking you so we can move past this now.

You're probably referring to the QB LED build forum...yeah...I posted a few pics. The pic when I had all 16 QB's up did not last long - 1 day. It was WAY too much light and I dropped it back down to 8.

Yeah, i remember someone asking if you had 16 lights for 1 plant. It looks like a beast though so far. Ever scrog? Too laye now but you would've killed a scrog net with how big and bushy she is.

I haven't but I've seen how effective it is. The last few years of experimenting really revolved around vertical lighting. My work on the octagon plus numerous other prototypes leading up to those. I just wanted to use this experiment to test out some new things...growing a very large plant. Using LED's. And using them with some of the vertical ideas. Based on what I've seen thus far, all of the vertical methodologies that I adopted are only applicable to omni-directional lighting such as bare HPS bulbs. These LED's will be utilized far better with the traditional overhead lighting. And consequently, scrogging would be very effective with them.
My next go around will likely be a 180 back to some of my earlier work. Higher quantity of plants spaced closely together. Brief veg time. QB's up top and no side lighting.

Things are going great - she's doing her thing. I'm just trying not to get in the way too much.
I had been stretching her out trying to get shaded branches more light but I've since stopped. Her growth and water/nute uptake started to get irregular. I also snapped a few stems and decided that I'm probably introducing stress and doing more harm than good. Within 2 days of cutting all the string, her water and nute uptake shot up again.
The stretch is officially over. I really wish she had grown another 2 feet or so..I guess 80 days of veg is not enough...ugh. From the floor, she is exactly 5 feet tall. She'll probably end somewhere between 5.5 and 6 feet depending on how the cola's grow.
As a reminder, I have a 600W HPS on top and ( 8 ) QB 288 V2's on the sides.

It is the 135 watt Quantum Board. The 288 diode board not 304. It's the 3000k spectrum. It was V1 and now its V2 with slightly updates. Has about 7% better efficiency. I don't have a light meter, but believe they can be actually putting out up to 150ish watts.

I did post my plant. Buds so heavy they were breaking branches. Had to tie them up. Also showed 10 jars aprox 1 oz give or take a few grams and the 11-12 gram bid not even in the jar so not much else i can say. The QB are very good. I also grow very simple. GH Cal Mag, Micro and Bloom only from day 1 to harvest in 3.9 gal autopots of coco. Its just a auto fed from bottom of pots rez system. No crazy nutes only topped and that was all. They were Mephisto Ripley's OG which could get 300 grams per plant in perfect conditions. Easily the top auto breeder atm. I don't really go for awards or rep, but yes. I got roighly 10 oz off of 1 135 watt QB weather driven to 150 or 130 as i payed the extra $25 fro them to assemble it.

You know you can convert that lux to ppfd by dividing by 67 (for 3k anyway) so 55.000 lux is more or less 820ppfd. i wouldnt go much higher than that without Co2
