3 plants for a total of 6.1lbs

Thats 16 weeks from rooted clone to harvest. FIMing should be done as early as possible to get the maximum benefit from it. So basically anytime after the plant has 4 true sets of leaves.
Great! Thanks you very much for the straightforward advice! it does not go unnoticed. +rep

Hey M Blaze I have a question for you. Your experienced in this kind of grow so now i'm wondering... Would I achieve better results growing 10 plants under a single 1000 watt MH/HPS switchable ballast or grow lets say 3 plants under the 1000 watts? Mind you they are in 5 gallon buckets and will be in soil.

That will all depend on how much room and how much time you have.

Thanks for the info... Im def going to try out few big plants and than after that grow try bunch of clones into flowering just like you and compare some stuff.

Now from experience if you want to get IDEAL 4oz per plant... How big/tall/long should you veg? 12~14"? 4~6 weeks or more?

Thanks

Sweet thread you have me inspired. I have 1 1000w hps. AMV I would love to get even half of your 20 ounces off it. Im planning on vegging for a long time and doing 4-6 plants 3 gallon pots and 3 gallon buckets.

Time wise you may have him beat, if you don't get a case of spider mites, now that would be a bitch to clear up with so many plants.
I like a longer veg time and way less plants because of that reason, and also it's cheaper on Labor and materials.
Ladybugs will take spider mites down

Your time come on here and try to bring people down, your negativity is the reason most threads are 9 years old. No doubt about that, try to help people old or new posts, any information is good information. Use vinegar to drop ph, if you have a ph of 7.0 4ml of white vinegar to 1 gallon of water will drop ph to 6.5 and does not attract knats, also cheaper than ph down. 1 gallon of vinagar lasts forever.

If i wanted to yield 4oz per plant dry. SOIL GROW...
I grow White Widow exclusively. I use a 5 gallon pot, regular Miracle Grow soil with 35% to 40% perlite mixed in and two cups of lime. I use regular half mix Miracle Grow Plant food for veg, and half mix tomato formula for flower. I top it once and let it go under a 600 watt MH/HPS.

I net between 4 and 6 ounces per plant every time without fail with very little work at all.

Edit to add: just realized it's a necro. My bad.

I use happy frog soil and bought the whole advanced nutrients line. I grow several different strains but what I have learned is from the whole line of advanced nutrients what is effective is connsouir a and b, voodoo juice for roots, I keep ph at 6.5 and b52, I mix 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt to avoid magnesium deficiency and 8 ml of lemon juice to keep pests from the soil for veg. I cut the bottom 2 branches off and top at the 6th node and do not lollipop, when I switch to 12/12 after the flowering stretch I strip the fan leaves on the interior for light and air flow and use bud bud, carbo load, bud candy, nirvana and overdrive last 2 weeks. The rest I quit using, but I use 4 ml per gallon half recommended measurements during veg and 8ml per gallon from week 5 flower until flush. I use the fabric 7 gallon pots, yeild varies per strain but are very frosty and portent, 5 plants is generally a minimum of a pound and the max varies. They generally end up an minimum of 32 inches tall 32 inches wide per plant.
