Small leaves clawing and lighter color

Hello all,
This is my first grow and I am struggling to tell if something is wrong or I am being paranoid. When I got the clone the small leaves were pointing downwards:

After 3 days it was looking better:

Two days after that I placed it my grow DIY space. It's been a week and i started noticing a bit of a claw on the small leaves and they are turning really light in color:

Can someone point me towards the reason? I am watering when the soil feels dry until it drips from the bottom, so I am not sure it is a watering problem. Maybe a nute problem? I think there is a bit of a light burn on top, but I am limited by the height for the lights.

i think that at first in this picture you had heat stress. -

you can see that the only leaf thats clawing is the leaf with direct light on it, you can see the leaves almost running away from the light.
moving it to your DIY space helped escape the heat stress from the light.
your current problem, would more then likely be N Toxicity, this means you have an abundance of nitrogen sitting in your soil.
let your soil COMPLETELY dry out and do some really heavy watering.

I ordered a pH meter and a water filter jug, as I'm currently using tap water, but the delivery time range was quite high, so unsure when exactly these will arrive. Meanwhile I will give the drying out and heavy watering a go. Thanks :)

I would also up-pot. I myself would use Promix BX, but YMMV. Check PH. Promix is Buffered with Calcitic, and Dolomitic Lime, so you dont have to much with PH. Its usually around 6.2/6.3. It initially will test 5.8, and after a few watering will stabilize at 6.2/3

How wet are you keeping the plant/how long does it take to dry out for next watering??? Over watering can make the leaves droop.

What light do you have on it??? Id have the strongest light I could cool/afford.

Don't let it completely dry out. If you do, you risk fertilizer burn. The dissolved solids will concentrate if it gets to dry, and then if you water them, it will release the concentrated dissolved solids. Then if you feed at the same time you have double doodoo. If it takes more than 3 days until it needs watered again, its staying to wet, for to long. Use lighter soil./medium.

I suggest a cheap Lowes Moisture Meter, and never let the needle get to the LOW MOIST LINE. Always just a hair above this line before watering. Ive been growing 45+ years, and still use a moisture meter. But in a really small container like an 18oz cup, if its not completely drenched, its not accurate, and I don't recommend drenching smaller plants unless the root system takes up most all of the container space.

^ everything above; plus whereas you mentioned you got it as a clone wouldn't be a bad idea to check closely underneath the leaves for bugs either, good luck
