But finding a super male out of work you have made,is easy & more like 1 out of 50

But what's the point of a good super male,who wants everything crossed to one male?

All I takes is knowing your genetics & growing them genetics, then finding a male comes second nature.

He didnt say finding a male out of something that has been worked. He said theres pretty much a keeper in every pack. And that's not true. Not even remotely close to true. I like how someone says something that's not true. Then when called out you all add other equations to the problem. 3+3 is always 6. But if you 3+3 and then decide you wanna throw another factor in there and say multiply it by 2. The fucking answer isnt 6.

I never said that i said you should be able to find a quality male plant in 1-2 packs if you can't you need to find better genetics bro, i never said every pack has keepers i have run many packs of straight garbage i know what kind of genetics are out there. I also grow clones from the dispensary and grow friends...so i know what female selection looks like too.

Even if you find 1 good male per year, that's still enough to work with

I got a spectacular tangie male right now i am working with, brings big time vigor and frost to anything it hits(strong sativa qualities in high as well). Just crossed it to my wifi (not a hermie prone phenotype).

1-2 packs is damn near the samething as saying pretty much every pack. That means 1 to 2 packs.

Edit: and the way seeds are chucked today crossing everything to anything is not worked lines. And your chances of finding say a topdawg stardawg like gus when it first come out. The chances of finding that in today's seeds in 1 to 2 packs isnt the same. But saying finding a nice keeper male in @genuity worked stuff in 1 to 2 packs is more believable.

That way when you setting there admiring your fire male and you give people beans from your fire male crosses and they get on here start asking wtf you were thinking you look back at it. And be like damn he was right. It's ok to be wrong every once in awhile yoda. I know you have a hard time admitting to that. But if your any type of real grower. That's been in the game for awhile. You yourself knows that buying two packs of a breeders work today like they do popping out the flavor of the month. You know your chances of finding a fire male isnt likely.

Edit: saying you have a good chance of finding a fire male in two packs of something worked. And done right. I'd believe. And who says the traits you look for in your male is what a grower on the other side of the country may think is fire. Why are your opinions true and the other guys isnt.

While I certainly dont agree with everything he says, Yoda actually has a surprisingly decent IG.. I honestly wasn't expecting it to b as put together as it was. I feel like you guys are all kinda saying the same thing, ya dig? Maybe agree to disagree or some shit?

Like you said , how do i know how quality my male is until i have tested the seeds from it?

I also like to use males for limited breeding runs, one run, lots of seeds (like a few thousand) and then on to the next project. It makes for exciting new projects.

I'm not a breeder i'm more of a chucker that know's how to select plants so i expect high quality off spring. And i only do like 1 male plant to 3-6 females per year.

Gotcha. Did you like the skywarden? I thought that was the one you said was super lanky and wouldn't even hold itself up. Was that something different? I remember you posting it in the gps thread though.

I thought it was a ok plant, had decent OG/chem flavor but lacks some structure and frost (was hoping my male would change that). It did have some large buds tho but had this endless white hair situation that i really do not like(made it fall over even in a tight net). If the seeds turn out weak they can be added to my bird feeder.

I honestly did not mean to hit this plant, my male plant just produces so much pollen anything nearby gets hit.

That's how my cookies n chem mother is. 70+ days. Day 71 she still throws tons of whites. I hit her with a Maui Wowie x (Purple Haze x Malawai) hoping he turns down some flowering times.

That's how alot of the stardawg crosses are from GPS though never ending flower times. Both the website flowering indi and the sticker on the packs arent even a close representation of what the flower times are.
