Either way, a couple of 500 watt blurps should produce fairly well in a space that small. Do you seriously not have an intake/exhaust setup?
if you cant cool that space with leds in it you doent have enough air flow. plants are probably having a hard time getting the fresh oxygen they need.

First of all plant itself produces oxygen and realeses carbon and as far as I visit them 2-3 times a day and humidity level is good I think there should be no problem with air circulation. I know air circulation is a good thing but I have a discreet place so there is no way I can make intake/exhaust setup can anybody tell me how close should I hang those Leds to give my plant as much light as possible and do not burn them at the same time?
