Lol that plant has waaaaay more then 2 weeks left. That's the first reason the buds aren't fatter. The plant is probably only half way threw flower.

How many weeks ago do it actually start to show flowers? That's how old it is. But it won't be done at a certain date, I will be done once I has fully grown and matured in the environment you are providing.

That plant looks like maybe week 5 of probably 10+
sorry but this is my first plant.. I've been feeding it fox farms cha ching for the past few weeks. Should I stop this ot keep using it at feeding? Plus I've been feeding it tiger bloom and big bloom. If your familiar with these nutes. So what exactly should I be looking for when the optimal time to cut my plant down? Sorry for all these questions, I'm new and I don't want to come this far and mess it up? Thanks god I made this post because I would have cut this plant down in 2 and half weeks..

I appreciate all this amazing feed back.. This site is so hopeful.

what's a good light to buy then?
You will have to do a little research there buddy as each have + & - and It will save you money in the long term. You have several choices . Bulbs such as cfl or hps or things like quantum boards, Cree LED (Kelvin specific) or strips, either way, like bugeye said optimize it. Your efforts look very good, so if you've managed that with, lets say 135w-270w. I would look on e b a y and use quantum board as a search term. 120w to 130w 3000 to 4000k quantum board wound suffice for a few sq feet. But... that,s me.
Again BW is right on that, definitely look through current threads relating to lighting during flowering because umpteen peeps have asked the "light" question before and there are loads of pages. Or/and go to a hydro shop and ask them. You might not buy there ,but i've normally found them to be sensible people with sensible ideas and happy to share. EDIT maybe not the light but buy something after the chat!

Optimal time is when they’re done period. There’s no real set time frame for when they’re done. Every plant, strain and setup is different.

All great advice. The seed pack maturity date is just a guideline for ideal conditions. Super Silver Haze is strain that is know to take a few extra "weeks" when it is not grown in ideal conditions. Hate to burst your bubble but, you are going to have to spend and extra hour a day staring at the plant for the next month . . .J/K.
I'd kill for some actual Super Silver Haze seeds LOL Anyone know where to find them?

Buyin a QB off Ebay is way too risky. It could be a half assed DIY project that failed.......Used only if u know the person u get it from.

I do have one.. a jewlers 20x microscope.
So it s the best time to cut it down when the crystals are 70% clear?
Not 70% clear no!!!

Peak potancy is with all cloudy!

Getting all cloudy at one time is nearly impossible, so some people prefer a few clear, others prefer a few amber. I lean towards a few amber because I've seen how much plants bulk up the last few weeks and hate missing out on yield.

^^^^^^ that's the balance! Maximum amount with the high you like. I'd have to really, really like that high to chop as prematurely as OP's look.

Not alot of foliage on that plant also looks like may need more light .... have u defoliated at all? Or did you change the feed at any stage to introduce more nitrogen ? Pk 13/14 ? Bud booster or anything like that ?
Could be a whole range of issues ... take some pics with light off flash on of entire room , soil etc any chance of light leaks?

if I was a betting man - 4 more weeks left on that thing.....

I didn't see a single amber pistil on that plant, so why would you want to rush it?

keep feeding it until you notice the buds really slow in their filling in - and notice some of the first pistils start to turn - then you can lower the nute intake if you wish..... but that plant looks like it's just leaving puberty and starting it's young adult phase - you want to cut it when it's a happy grandma.....

and Fox Farms nutes are some of the best, if not the absolute best in all of small home gardening. you got the right stuff but you're not putting it into the soil when the plant is clearly still budding... feed it and you'll notice the difference....

I have never grown that strain. It is a huge commitment for that length of time!!! I might look for something Bodhi has done with that strain before trying that one.

I have defoliated the plant a few times... I think I might have taken too many leaves off... My bad.. I'll know for next time.

I have been giving it Big Bloom, Tiger Bloom and Cha Ching. I have been following the fox farm chart.
