Looking at crystals tonight found a spot of PM in this tent now ffs.
Scratching my head these were pretty dam healthy plants . Not the cleanest air round here in the armpit of Ontario. I think I'm going to invest in some serious filtration after this grow intake filters and hepa scrubber I can hang ..
Found the spot on crystal gelato took it to bathtub and washed it down with white wash . This will be last time I run this cut it's got those tiny seed pods 2 of 3 times and PM . If I find it again I will prolly axe her. Start of week 5 there cruising along

Wait for other opinions before putting to much into this post.
When I look at the pics on this page starting with post #41 I am seeing white specks.
Hopefully I'm wrong but to me it looks like the early stages of spider mites not PM.
Maybe the others will have a different opinion, I prefer to be wrong when it comes to spider mites.
Good Luck!

health does not always matter when it comes to PM. scrubbers will definitely help out, remove the spores. get your sulfur burn on. It's important to deactivate the spores! I think it was you I suggested adding a merv 12 filter to a 20" box fan... cheap and effective filtration. My buddy has this crazy strain of PM... I've had him reset his grow several times and sulfur burn, ozone burn, everything I can think to throw at it... he can not get rid of it. It's very sad because it just created sooo many extra hours of work, not to mention buds that have mildew spores stuck to them and decreased harvests and early harvests. Needless to say, he is not allowed in my room lol.

don't see any mite damage at all. fwiw, i'd rather have mites than mildew. much easier to handle lol.

I’m lucky to not have had either in a long time. I only had spider mites once ten years ago and would rather never fight that battle again. Do you not see white specs on the leaves in post 41? Still hope I am wrong. Maybe they are something else. IMO They are not something I would normally see on leaves and they don’t look like powdery mildew to me.

i see what you're lookin at but it doesn't look like mite damage at all. One thing I do notice from those pics though, the plants are extremely green... and mildew loves excess nitrogen. that could be why outbreak of mildew is spreading so easily.

Hopefully not. Don’t want to worry the OP. Just something to keep an eye out for to see if it changes over time.

I did foliar too much in veg with holy makeral and 1 or 2 had a slight cal mag issue so of course they all got a lil mist .

You know what i was thinking the other tent , where the pm started, those were remo salt girls they went threw a warm summer and thrips when i finally got thrips gone 100% dry winter came, Then i switched to supersoil/organic . From what I've read not a good idea to switch a mature plant so i was possibly screwed from start there.

No spiders i have to inspect every leaf every f ing day at this point . What exactly are you seeing Kushash? These look so much better the last ones barely finished with a single intact leaf. Check out h2o2 jelly pie hanging on for the finish.

Yes was waiting on $$ to make a couple fan filters. Check finally came im going to wally world tonight to get 1 .

Im thinking of making 2 sip pots so my next plants can veg big while i finish and shut down/clean again . I didnt burn sulphur last time . I took apart every ff fan and h2o2ed every damb thing . Even the tent poles inside and out

I have to keep saying I hope I’m wrong and it’s possibly too early to make a call. I usually have a very high percentage of correct calls when it comes to spider mites thrips and powdery mildew.
What I see when enlarging the pictures in post 41 are white specs on the leaves. Maybe they are debris. When I scroll through and look at other pictures I see other leaves with the same specs. To me this is what spider mite damage looks like at the earliest stages. Time will tell. Do you see the white specs in the pictures? Is there something else you can contribute them to? To me it’s not the look of a deficiency or pm.
