It's bugs.You guys are funny and clearly didn't read through the posts. I have been transplanting to larger pots much earlier and having the same problem. I've been getting nearly 1.5gs per watt until this problem began doing exactly what I'm doing now.
Or as stated a pathogen or virus transmitted by them.It's bugs.
