nice yea i was looking at some terrarium tanks couple months ago the shit some people build is fucking astonishing. the one i seen the guy used for some frogs. eventually i would like to do something like that but with chameleons. i used to have a chameleon before but my setup was bad and my chameleon died in about a year. she was wild though my moms boss lives in an area where they are common so they can get them for free otherwise the petshops here sell them for about $100 each for males but they are kind of fully grown already

It was a gift from a neighbor before christmas. I noticed it in a corner late february, and I know it hadn't seen water since I watered it when we got it. I touched it and it fell apart like ash. I broke it up into 4 plants. Here is about the only pic I can find of them on the right when I first started. The red leaves all fell off and I just had stems to work with.

Sorry, I just realized I didn't answer it. I threw them away because they were starting to get root rot, which made it the nth time for that system. They were clones anyway, so only time lost.

Changed nutes for beginning bloom and upped the ppm.
Did another defoliation on the front three tonight. I'll do another at weeks 2 and 3.
Here are my bloom nutes for these plants:
-per 5 gal water
3ml Pro-TeKt
2 shot glasses epsom salt
9ml Cal-Mag
9ml Foliage-Pro
9ml Bloom
3ml Mag-Pro
pH 6.2
I always wait for the tub to go empty and add 15 gallons.
Before and after defoliation:
1000w DE HPS 2100k vented hood
Temp: 75f
RH: 45%

I don't really care for autos, but I got some in a black friday deal, I'll put it somewhere. It's in a homemade soil I put together seeing if I can go the whole way with just water. We'll see.

Damn some dumb people in that thread. That’s an interesting first grow to say the least. My first was in a stealth dresser I built with CFLs cheap everything. May have had 50 bucks in the total setup.
