What does everyone think about ditching the solo cup for the next comp and doing a Biodegradable Non-Woven Nursery Bag or Something crazy like a watermelon

Well, we could start them in a watermelon and then plant the entire thing in a pot 2 weeks in or something. If you could grow in any container in the next 12/12 from seed Comp, what would it be? I need a break from the solo cup action

Honestly I think a dollar store trash can or something that you can get for a buck would be interesting. Or you have to start 3 seeds in solos, then move all of them to a 10g container of players choosing and finish all three in one 10g.

What about a 1 gal breeding comp.... Everyone has to start and finish two seeds in their own 1 gal pots. If one is male, gravy... if not, you have to fem one. He/she who produces the most viable seeds wins.

Great idea, and something I do very well lol I have a slight environment advantage for breeding

Sprout 10 of them and check the germ rate.

Harvested these on 3/21/19, that was the mother cut down date - out of habit I drop 2 seed directly into wet soil with no presoak to test germ rates


Edit - all these have perfectly consistent structure to one another too, gets me excited
