You said training.. if you palpitate (push/pressure) your stomach or lower ab. do you feel pain.. a strangulated or reg. hernia presents this way too..... If it gets worse screw waiting go to hospital... A bad area to have pain because you just can't pin point it and put pressure on it....
thats the problem, i feel like the pain is somewhere else.....
I think all is gona be ok...... I just did to much training, maybe got an infection somewhere from using something in the gym
