We run a grow with similar conditions; loads of heating needs come wintertime. But also very hot on summers.
What really helped us was doing flipflop 12/12 sharing the air thru the rooms. So while one side is on heating up, the off room is drawing from that heat.
Also setting up so that we can change HID for led according to need for heat.

If you can divide your space in 2 you would be able to do something similar. With meanwell B-type drivers you could place the drivers of one room in the other half, thus moving the heat completly out of the room lit to a place where the heat would be needed. But as you can do remote dimming on this type driver you could still dim from your lit room.

As for boards: qbs are great. Hlg is excellent the china boards are not far behind.
We mainly use the qb800/fotop board from meijiu. 800 leds, 3x1 feet size board, no need for heatsink up to 200w. Gives a nice and fairly even spread and can get in close to the cannopy, about 12 inches. This kind of board is ideal for openspace as it allows to get your panel in close to cannopy, and with less weight than a setup that require heatsink.
The big boards also makes nice side light, so you can flower real tall plants for your 12 foot roof.

DE 1000W using Philips bulbs. Only issue is expect to have the lights 5-7 feet from top of the canopy other wise you'll heat stress them. Most of the guys that I know that switched the DE are getting 2+ LB per light.

Fluence Spyder LED's get some nice yields but at $2300 CDN vs $350-485 for a DE system its hard to justify the cost when weed is $700-1000/lb

You don't need to spend 2 grand to get quality LED lighting...

Unless you have thousands too dump, HPS is the way to go.
30'x30'?
I'm running around 15'x15' and pull around 3 lb's per month off of 14 plants in a perpetual RDWC.
How many plants are you looking to grow, and what are you going to do with all that herb?
Plus the cost of everything else needed, you better do the math and develop a business plan, because that's what you are doing, creating a long term investment.
Hmm I'm getting 3lbs per plant 2 months veg

I think if you have certain dimensions, led would be better. Just imo.
I have a 2x4 with 240w led directly over every inch of that foot print. I'm sure a 315 can do it too. For me though, I want to save as much money as I can. Idk how my yield would differ, but I honestly think I would be getting the same regardless.
In short... Led for tents
Hps for anything else I guess...(IDK)

Nice work, I must admit :)
But, I still find it had to believe your pulling 3 lbs dry of each plant.
What was your total on that grow?
I personally don't have the time for an 8 week veg, but it seems to work for you, so congratulations!!!
