So he bought cal mag and is going to get some ph down. I questioned ph and he said it was 6.5 so hopefully I can relay the rest of the helpful suggestions.

Oh God he doesn't even know what pH to use...you should take over the grow

So I went to a buddy of mine house and he showed me his grow but.. idk what to think. Yellowing leaves and some with brown spots on leaves .. very tall stretchy plants.. he is running 5 1000w de

Containers are far too large for starting unless these are autos. Others have given plenty of reasons why this grow sucks so far. Dixie cups and T5 or even a cheap Viparspectra or other LED for the first couple of weeks.

Is it just draining onto the ground? That's not good and the pots should be raised not sitting on concrete

If you know how to water properly the pot size isn't a huge deal but would save a ton of power if you could fit all the plants under 1 light.

Yes I understand I've been duped. I'm just trying to rectify the situation as much as I can.If I can get my initial investment back I'll be happy.I plan on starting my own LED grow once I have the money.

I've only given one sum. He's paid for everything else he's paid 4x what I did. But I still want my money or the lb he promised. At this point I sorta just want my money back so I can do my own thing.

Actually for less skilled container size is obviously an issue. Trying to keep it simple.

If you dont have the money to spend then i suggest repotting into smaller pots, dimming lights and dropping closer to plants get a lux meter (cheaper than new lights) so you can test light intensity at canopy. Drop ph a little and make sure those ladies are drinking/feeding before its too late.

His outdoor actually turned out pretty good. I gave a couple people some and they had no complaints. I met this guy at work and he said he's been doing it for years and had friends that have been doing it for years. And I've had their stuff and its fire. So I'm just confused why he's making so many mistakes

Nope he wanted 1000 for 2lbs but I lied and said I could only give 500.. so he said 1. I'm ok with that considering where I'm from prices are ridiculous compared to where I live now

I really want to grow on my own. If you check my older posts. I've asked a million questions and researched a ton before I buy anything. I think I'm just smarter than he is. Not to be mean. I'm not the type to shoot with my eyes closed.

That's a good deal for you if the indoor bud doesn't turn out just have him give you some outdoor
