I can not say if my girl can beat that 48g record, it's a lot! It will anyway take a while until I can weigh the final outcome.
I wonder a bit; your pretty solid nugs are already dry enough? I'll give mine as much time as possible, ~15% residue moisture is almost optimal IMO and I will do it like always. Either she will do it or not...
Seems at least it ends up being a head to head race, bro!
I suck at being able to know how to size something up from a picture but you passed the 40ish gram record too Im sure of it. This is nail biting suspense man. From the looks of it I think you have more but like I said I suck at sizing up things from photos. Ill buy a third scale too to make sure my weights good.
Yeah ive been curing mine for about 4 days now. Got the cure jars set to 62% humidity.

Thanks, man!
I've only given her stable conditions and allowed her to show what was already in her. The rest she has done herself. I've not even trimmed her and she has balanced herself out perfectly. The whole job was as easy as it can be. Never though cocoDTW would be so easy.. But it really is and the result speaks for itself.

heck of a root ball Random, great job bro,

Yeah, I've tried such 62% bags to keep the moisture at that level but it's a little too wet for my taste. I rather look for ~55% RH inside the jars. I really like the paper bag method because the paper acts like a membrane and slows things down so you can dry the buds easily on point and have pretty good chlorophyll break down for a perfect and sweet taste.

Ive yet to try the paper bag methods. I use little reptile humidity guages, from petco, and put them inside mason jars. If the rh climbs over 65, I take out the buds and let them dry for an hour and repeat until I get in that 62% range.

Hey, homies - it's party time!
She's ready but I forgot it's easter weekend and I wanna visit my mom so I've decided to chop her on tues- or wednesday.
I'll leave the light off until then so I don't need to water her that often.
Fits better for me and I'm pretty sure its still enough time to dry her properly, we had 25°C yesterday..

So same side, top and bottom view pics like always...

No need for multiple scales bro, throw a nickel on there , if it's 5 grams +- .1 g then it's all good
I dont know why I never thought of that :wall:
I just weighed some nickels out. A couple were right on 5 and some 5.2 some 4.8. Scale is old too. Good thing ones coming in the mail anyway.

And exactly why "yield" does not mean shit in this comp as far as where my votes will go
More about the show, presentations, photography, and participation / shit talking
Plus we are in the led section where everyone has to have the bigger dick and embellishing yields seems to be the norm

Haha ok. We might have two people who smash the record and you say weight don’t mean shit haha. I’m not worried. I already know I won’t get some of you guys and gals vote so it’s all good. I had no deficiencies or excess in my plants at all.
And here’s the rest of my plant chopped yesterday

Haha, my vote do you have already, mate! I look at the whole plant, healthyness, optic and weight and of course record breaking results are always worth a good voting. Presentation, degree of daily efforts, has he/she fixed issues like a low VPD, a wrong PH or something like that? Many things have to be taken into account.

Oh wait, I forget..
There is no way to vote the uggliest party cup..
Shit! Seems I've to overthink my voting again..

See how the cup isnt full of roots? When you water only around the edges of the cube, the roots concentrate only inside the cube for a bit. I dont have any science behind it but I believe why my cup did not get as rootbound or full of roots as others is because of this little tip I learned.
