I'm leaning towards the aluminum just because it looks more commercial and is cheaper. I don't want people looking out their windows wondering who's camping in their driveway. Which is what I envision with seeing fiberglass. I would definitely get it with a rear window. Pondering security screen. And the toolboxes on both sides with no windows however. The truck body would be nice but out of my budget.

I personally like flat tonneau covers better.

They don't disrupt the lines of the truck and they're easily removable or folded back to haul something higher than the bed. And there's no struggling to get something in ever.

Also better vision to the rear. And you can get hard tonneau covers also.

And they're cheaper.

Everybody has different needs back there though, ya gotta do what you gotta do.

Kinda like fiberglass if I was getting one. It screws your rear sliding window if you have one.

I voted aluminum for the reason you mentioned, looks more utility. The side doors are also larger allowing you to store bigger shit.

Back when I was a young pup, I bought a used, beat up Datsun pickup with a surprisingly nice cap on it. Had to drive my new purchase home on the interstate. Appears the old owner had not fastened the cap to the bed. Quite a glorious sight when it blew off at 60 MPH. I kept on driving.
