for sure, bubba cuts right to the chase!! take it or leave it.......I recommend you take it, LOL. I will elaborate so new growers can see why we do things the way we do with Nectar and hopefully we all learn and pass it on to the next.here my answer ......yes...lol..... im always looking for advanced tips and tricks, i dont have def, leaf curl , bud rot NOTHING i very rarely have any problem in my grow, and it because of brothers like you guys ..i realy wish you guys could experience my product im very proud of it but I never think I no it all and I STAY learning ..LESS to to much to me lol.....i cant articulate how i do this like you guys but trust me WE ARE ON THE SAME PAGE ok im talking to much im just trying to say that im humbled in your presents.
go with the DR ROOT 6.3 on those younger transplants.A few of the plants were too little to transplant so i left them and just fed them the higher ph and herc when i fed the transplants. They never bounced back like the transplants did. I decided to transplant them even tho there small. I checked the slurries on them and the ph is 6.3 and 350 ppm. Are they hungry? My transplants are dried out and ready for a feed should i just give them all dr. Root? Or maybe some full power too? Gaia?
Lol thank you brother! To clear it up, I didnt do the foliar feeding of basically the spartan regimen and the BK. I had did a flush with HH and used that foliar feed. After soil dried out from the HH flush, I did the sample kit at 5ml of everything to 1gal tap water and then did the first BK foliar feeding about 6 hours later on Monday. Hopefully that is clearer....my bad!1st thing !!! STOP THE FOLIAR FEEDING !!! lol.....that using foliar with BK your lucky its not worse...... you need to do slurries theres no way around it , personally I use blue lab pens ... but if you can please give us a slurry , if any problems come about that will be the 1st question we ask ...... the ratio of herc to bk 6:1 , im glade you had enough in the soil to support it ... question , what soil are you using ? usually want to foliar feed BK 2 xweek if the soil supports it ... again this will depend on your slurries .....so do a couple feedings......
Thank you @IrieRoots ! I will get a slurry. Can I remove 1oz of medium that is still most and let it dry out some to do this test? I seen the nectar bible stress it must be dry. Appreciate it brother!I'm with bubba on that auto, back off the BK and get some feeds in there. Its really tough without slurry to really nail it down. Those soil probe meters are really nice but better for large beds or bigger pots, that and you would still need to slurry to make sure the probes test similar #s to the slurry in order to gauge best course to feed/flush/reset.
Doesn't need to be bone dry, if your pot is ready to water again than your good to go to test. There is a short video on YouTube that shows exactly how to.....its from Oregons Constant GardenerThank you @IrieRoots ! I will get a slurry. Can I remove 1oz of medium that is still most and let it dry out some to do this test? I seen the nectar bible stress it must be dry. Appreciate it brother!
correct on the 2" .... dont take it to close to the plant , dont wanna hit those roots..... thanks for clearing that up with the BK ...I WAS ALMOST FREAKING !!!! lol...... and your doing an auto , correct ? if thats the case ill walk thru with feeding .... if you could do a slurry that be great !!!! looks like everything is fine the plant looks healthy !!!! the taco could be from BK or if the room got hot or your ph mite be offer ppm low ......... what have you been feeding before you started nectar ?Lol thank you brother! I'm using dr earth Homegrown organic potting soil with a little black gold all purpose mixed in like 25% or so.
I can do a slurry test tomorrow. I read in the bible that the top 2" of soil should be dry to do the slurry test....can you point me in the right direction on that? I want to be sure I am seeing accurate results.
Thank you @bubba73 !
