i will be but im still contacting legal advice of my own tomorrow. i hope i can do more then tell them to fuck off.
im off for now time for another fat cone or two and then bed to deal with this shit tomorrow

well if its a scam the medical clinic is about to get some interesting letters from my layer surmising them to court . well the layer i am in contact with me is still looking in to a few things but im taking this all the way. i have nothing to lose.
im a sick person and i go to a doctor for medical treatment. i am not given preferential help so i complain then i am threaten to be sued in turn to this now i am afraid to seek any more medical treatment for my conditions as im afraid of being threaten an sued again...
i have a mass case and this clinic will hate they didn't mess with me


if its a scam ill be entertaining still but i can tell you in fact its no scam
 
If you used your real name when making the review it's a simple task for a scammer to look up your address and send you a bogus letter pretending to represent the place you reviewed.

"Our client has incurred $1,027 in legal fees in relation to this matter and hereby demands payment of that amount on or before 27 June 2019, by way of direct deposit to the following account:"

Law firms don't operate that way. Sounds like a typical Nigerian scam. But if you want to waste your money on your own lawyer go ahead.

it was a registered letter i dont think scammers send them
 
well that layer got back to me and they wont take the case but they suggested a place that will. i guess ill have to try them and be back when i know more

I don't like suggesting such a thing...i'd go to the local cop shop first. Tell them you think you're being scammed, and show them the registered letter.
Imho they'll likely find out for you, whether it's legit or not, pretty damn fast. Sucks arse, but they're the ones to ask.

If you have nothing to hide, then that's what i'd do.

Best of luck either way. Will keep an eye out for an update.

P.S. - just ignore them lol.

the cops came to my house a few hours ago after i sent a email to the layer. i will not go in to details about the email its self but i was like wft cops coming to my house lol but not going to pay shit until i get a summons to court or if i can summons them in . depending on if someone will take my case of not. the hard part is finding a layer willing to try take on a medical clinic. i kind of dont like my odds on finding one but ill be ringing a few other places in the morning
 
I dont get it, what exactly are the grounds for this action against you? Libel? Slander?
If there were legitimate grounds to prosecute anyone leaving a bad review online i somehow think there would be literally millions of such cases going on, every man and his dog would have heard about it.
Mate this is bogus, 100%. Get back online and leave another review telling everyone what is going on. They have a LOT more to lose than you.
 
How about contacting this so called medical clinic and ask them what's going on. They'll either refer you to their lawyer or tell you they don't know what you're talking about which is what is likely the case. This entire tale sounds fishy. It doesn't make any sense. And why would the cops show up at your house over a civil matter like this. Things don't add up. I'm skeptical of the entire story.
 
Fact remains, if you gave an honest review of your office visit, then you have nothing to fear. There is nothing wrong with giving a negative review, as long as it adheres to the actual facts. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I'm thinking the Dr.'s office has been thru this before, and has someone on retainer to handles issues just like this. Anyone can make a claim, and anyone can sue someone else- stand up for your rights and counter-sue them for your lawyer fees.........
