For the first time in decades of growing I've been dealing with leaf spot fungus this year. I have been using Copper octanoate 10% (copper soap) 4 tbsp./gal water with some success. I'm in my fourth week of flower and thought that maybe I should back off the copper and use something "milder" on my buds. I have been reading on some forums that some growers have been using milk as a fungicide. Supposedly the protein in milk reacts with the UV sun light which releases free radicals which kill the fungal spores. Most said to dilute with water in 40% to 50% and one said to use it full strength for a stronger effect. Well, I thoroughly sprayed my plants with full strength before sunrise. The pictures are five days apart. Some of my plants weren't hurt as bad and will probably survive. I've learned my lesson the hard way.
