I forgot to take a picture, but we tried eggs on today's spaghetti squash. You cook the quash in the nuker, then add bacon bits, cheese and eggs and bake for 10 minutes. Pretty good.

I didn't get premium pictures but a few.

Zucchini, peas, and walla walla sweet onions from the garden.

Had fried chicken as well sprinkled with a little sea salt. Might as well go all the way. I don't eat it everyday.

Threw some walla walla's in for onion rings after the last batch of chicken came out. The grease was somewhat used as you can tell by the dark bits. They were still delicious and I made too many. We couldn't eat even half of them. Tempura batter.

I'll clean up the mess in the morning.

Sweet corn is pure heaven when you get your first few messes.

We had poppers that were really good as well as photogenic, but I just ate them.
I was thinking of making some poppers. I have enough jalapenos ready to pick. But I might make ABT's "Atomic Buffalo Turds" Jalapeno's with cream cheese, a little smokie sausage, wrapped in bacon and then grilled/smoked.

My wife has got to where she does cream cheese, real bacon bits and bbq sauce. Then cooks in the oven. Much faster and easier than her old recipes. Having the Mammoth Jalapenos makes it easier to work with. {these should have been picked a few days ago}

We are very lucky to have the fresh Walla Walla onions. Man, those are the best. I'll eat them just like an apple....
