Britain is at the same latitude as Labrador in northern Canada, Norway and Sweden are as far north as barren Baffin island in northern Canada. If northern Europe turns into an icebox because the Atlantic oceanic heat conveyor system is disrupted, climate change will become a big issue real quick. Remember Paris France is at the same latitude as Newfoundland in Canada and it's fucking cold there most of the year!
