Well that is good then. Must just be a longer running genetic. I've harvested in Nov before. Sucks but it is what it is. Hopr she pulls through
Thanks. I’m not really to worried about it. If need be I can wrap the enclosure in plastic or something lol it’ll be a good experiment

Hey all! Everyones grows look amazing! Dsmer im in the same boat as you.. 2 of my girls are in flower, 2 are still not there yet, im thinking its the sour d and thai stick.. they are stretching like crazy though and filling out with leaves up the branches.. im in vt. Thinking about another 4 weeks or so on the flowering beauty.. the other is a bit behind so prob at least 6 and the other 2 who knows! Gonna let them go as long as i can even of it means tarping them with a small heater! 20190830_161637.jpg 20190830_161706.jpg 20190830_161855.jpg 20190830_161736.jpg 20190830_162048.jpg

This sucks!! So i have 2 sativas just begining to flower and 2 indicas in flower mode.. been seeing some small holes and spots on my leaces but nothing to serious.. well seems to be getting worse and my one sativa has this funky purple new growth.. thought it was a phos deficiency, ita on 2 of my other plants also but not as bad.. seems a common issue all over the country. Anyway.. today i went out took some pics and saw an aphid in one of the pics! Been noticing a few ladybugs on my plants lately also and for good reason!! My plants have aphids!! Shit!!!!!! Just mixed up a bit of natural dish soap with some high quality essential oils.. used a few drops each of rosemary, lemon, eucalyptus, and clove.. sprayed the plants down as best i could.. think were going to get some rain in the next cpl hours so hope it helps.. any advice? My advice is if you have funky purple deformed growth look it over super carefully for aphids!! 20190904_090919.jpg 20190904_091515.jpg 20190904_091112.jpg 20190904_090949.jpg 20190904_091410.jpg

I’m in RI, but, you know... Anyway, been away for a few weeks, outdoor plants look great. Most are in the ground, a few in pots. They are mostly proven winners from last year (little to no mold problems). What is a good flowering fertilizer to give them at this point?

Im finishing outdoors and like biothrive..I amend my soil very well and keep in pots allows me to move when weather gets shitty...but there is nothing like some good old compost tea...

Found some bud rot (botrytis) yesterday in my Dinafem Quick Kush, just a little bit. Decided I would hold on until just before the next significant rain to harvest the plant. Severe thunderstorm warning this evening; tonight's the night. I waited until the rain started, chopped the plant asap, brought it inside... and the rain cleared up immediately. The rain lasted less than 10 mins, now it's clear and beautiful outside, not to rain again until Saturday. This plant could have used the couple extra days too.

I think I got good results from this plant overall. Judging from my experience growing indoor plants on hydroponics, I'm looking at about 12oz; will update when it's dry with the true weight. Growth was amazing; quick flowering period for sure, super beautiful, frosty, chunky nugs. However, nugs this dense and heavy lack the mold resistance needed for our climate. If we had another dry summery week, this plant would have finished beautifully, but we didn't, so I had to chop earlier than I would have liked.

I might gamble with this strain again next year, but because of the chunkiness of the buds, that's all it will be with this strain; a gamble. I'm still convinced that there is serious potential with F1 fast version (photoperiod X autoflowering) plants in our climate. I just need to find the right one.

This month up until Halloween is prime time striper fishing ime. Can't wait to hit the beach and get some surfcasting done now that the greenheads aren't so bad.
