Grow it out. The buds might be a little smaller and grow slower. But that’s it. Don’t toss it.
I read that it could spread to everything else though. I have a flower tent next to this one with 6 beauties in it. I was begging two mothers and this was one of the mothers. Crazy because they've always been indoors but I had some "super soil concentrate" that I mixed in my soil which probably did it

All my other plants are fine. It's been that way for a couple weeks but no others have this. I thought it was just a nute Def for awhile cuz Im doing live soil with no nutes
YA that’s how mine did too. No other problems with the other ones. Just that one. Got a few good buds off of it that’s about it

Ive had plenty of diesels show that trait in veg but never on the sugar leaves during flower, they were good smokes too.

Fwiw, TMV and even HMV is extremly rare, tobacco farmers would never grow plants along side a virus and I don't think anyone has ever tested tmv positive yet.

Go do a little reading up on it pretty interesting. If curious. How the tobacco gets it and things like that.

Tmv does not exist in cannabis, this simply variegration .
^^^ This!

I'm willing to wager that there are skunk genetics in OPs plant. Lots of skunk bred strains have been throwing wild variegation. New skunk genetics used in the past couple years maybe?
