Hey bud, do you guys supply any H2O2 or anything for sterile res?
I usually have 29% peroxide, strongest I can buy with out having a gov permit and have to record and keep track of peoples personal info. I'd have to look into shipping as would require dangerous goods label.

Most of the sterilization products have been pulled from shelves long time ago but GH Flora Shield is still available but its kind expensive as you have to use lots of it https://generalhydroponics.com/florashield.

Just repeating - DO NOT order from wegrowbuds.ca wegrowbuds (keyword added for search)

I did a brief search on them before ordering and not much came up. They had the tent I needed and on sale. Website says they have different warehouses in Canada for fast shipping, and handling usually takes a few hours but can take up to 48 hours. Well none of that was true in my case. I ordered a few other things with the tent, and after ordering I was told the tent was coming separate and from BC. It was an unusual tent, that's fine I get it. Well about 10 days later my other stuff arrives (which is already later than advertised) and still no tent. No tracking for the tent either. After emailing support and a lot of back and forth I finally got a tracking number for the tent - 15 days after ordering. Not coming from BC either, it's coming from California and it only just left. So 15 days later it's only now getting shipped from out of country. Their website lists the tent as in stock and still on sale as well. Please avoid them.

This thread didn't come up when I first searched this forum so I added the name without .ca

I'll tell you a little secret none of the Canadian online stores have 1/2 or even 3/4 in stock of what they list. And those "warehouses" are the wholesalers lol not their actual location. Most of the stores try to get the wholesalers to drop ship but most say no as its not worth the effort. Even I don't have all the nutrients I list on my site in stock, its just not financially feasible in Canada unless you have millions to burn. I can get away with listing them as most as my wholesaler are with in 30 min drive so I can pick things up the same day or next morning. Even in the early 2000's when stores were making 300-5000K in sales per month none could have afforded to carry every manufactuer nevermind now that the market is 1/3 of what it was even 2 years ago.

I'm only going by BC info. Majority of the stores in the Vancouver area have lost 1/2-3/4 sales/customers in the last year. Lots of people quit growing, mostly those that were ready to retire or those who had ok jobs and were growing for extra income, just couldn't be bothered when weed went from $2000-2500/lb down to $800-1000.

In my area of say 2.5 million people there are probably 50-60 hydro stores and most with in packs of 5-10 with in 20km radius. For example Calgary with 1.3mil population only has like 6 stores.

Sales wise equipment took a hit but same with nutrients as growers are buying less and less additives or constantly trying out different brands. Most of the equipment sales are people upgrading the DE systems.

I see. Very interesting. And sad too me as well. As it spells more interest possibly for some to buy the hypocrit brands.
Now as far as less stores being around....well..... I'm a big believer in let the best guys win that deal. I like a smart operator.
I'm a winner (some say lol) and I like to deal with other winners.
I would have thought the equipment thing would be different with new folks setting up small home systems???
But you'd know way more than me. I'm only an expert in the female anatomy. And steak.

I buy 4 litre jugs of that 29% h202. I love using it and the 4 litre jug makes about 38 litres of 3% and that keeps stuff clean a while. I got 2 jugs on the oct 17 sale a while back.

A lot of products are problematic bringing into Canada now due to proprietary mixes (they will not declare what is in the stuff) or something that does not jive with our way of labelling etc.

I really wanted to do the hydroguard tea but it costs way too much to get it in Ontario. So i will stick to the peroxide. it works.

Just wear goggles and gloves. That will burn and bleach you fast ! its hot stuff.

Sup my Canadian brethren,

Im searching for an online shop in Canada that will ship me a 40-50 gallon res to the Rock without having to give up my first born.

Any of you got any good spots you do your shopping for flood trays and reservoirs?
Build it.

Fuckin' cool. Great find, thanks for sharing. I wonder if business is only for like 3 months of the year...winter is always a month or two away in canada.
They mostly sell to green houses year round, I use to buy from them before but because they are perishable and its slow as hell atm I don't keep any bugs in stock, well usually it was just Nemasys nematodes as they have a two month shelf life. Before I used to order from Westgro/Evergro but one of the guys that ran the biological division split off and has some partnership with The Bug Lady.

Ya they are certainly year round. Packaging was done so well that I don't think time of year would matter. I can say it certainly wasn't cheap. Shipping was actually more then the bugs themselves. But I did have them in my hands 3 days after ordering from the entire other side of the country.
That being said the bugs seemed to of worked for me and most of my Ladybugs are still alive and roaming the tents.
I built a ladybug house for each tent in the hopes of keeping them around long enough to breed :eyesmoke:
