I saw on the news that the average high for the whole country one day last week was 107F. We had a week in the high 90's late in summer, and it cooked everything I had in pots. Same to you. This is my slow time at work, {and I only RIU at work} so I'll be pretty thin around here for a while. Should get back to normal soon.Happy new year @too larry
I think this system was the only one to real raise a stink around here. Was real windy with lots of rain. I hiked through the worst of it. Pretty killer storm. It has warmed up as we head into the weekend here in northern Kentucky, low 50s. 1/3 of an inch since yesterday with rain continuing into Saturday evening.

Great way to start off the new year, well done!!I slept down at the pond camp. There was fog over the pond, and a big white frost this morning. Low of 36F, but it warmed up in a hurry, with lots of sun. We got up to 71F this afternoon. At 1950 it's clear, 54F with 76% humidity. Forecast low of 44F with 10% chance or rain tonight, tomorrow and tomorrow night. 10 day high low of 78/34F with 5 days of possible rain.
