Awesome looking plants, dude.Going into week 7; the stank is overpowering carbon filtration at this point. Fans are yellowing off earlier than expected so gave them some liquid fish and fresh worm leacheate

Monster cropping is no joke; easily doubles the yield if you have the space to do it.Plants look awesome and bulbous, I love seeing the tips of big sugar leaves sticking out of colas!! SOLID.
AhhhhMonster cropping is no joke; easily doubles the yield if you have the space to do it.
Yes they bush the fuck out when you monster them but training clones can take a lot of time and is slightly less predictable than plants from seed. Clones tend to want to grow as a branch at first; you may need to pinch and top them a few times to induce multiple colas.Ahhhh
Monster cropping, I just did some reading on it. I always thought monster cropping was another word for super cropping. Now I see that isn’t the case. Thank you
Does the clone really turn out more vigorous and bushy?
Where do you reduce and add light? The beginning or end of a light cycle? Is it called inducing sence? Emma on the right track?Yes they bush the fuck out when you monster them but training clones can take a lot of time and is slightly less predictable than plants from seed. It's actually easier to train them out like this from seed; I just do a real sloppy fim which usually makes like 3, 4, or 5 tops and then pinch (super crop) the shit out of any spaces between nodes i can. The magic really happens in late veg when I gradually reduce the hours of light by an hour per week until they start to show sex. They basically veg and bloom at the same time at this point. At about a 14/10 cycle the girl and boy flowers are clearly forming. Boys are then culled. The plants are repotted into 10gal containers and the cycle goes back to 18/6 for 2-3 weeks. Once they bush the fuck out they are then finally flipped to 12/12 for a full 10 week bloom.
You don't have to do it this way. You can abruptly flip back and forth between bloom and veg cycles (18/6 to 12/12 and back again) but doing it gradually helps reduce stretching.

Never heard that term before. I wait until they are approaching 1/3 the size they will be in bloom. The plants pictured above were vegged at 18/6 for 6-7 weeks from seed. Then I began resetting the light timer by increasing darkness by an hour each week. After 3 weeks they were at 15/9 and soon started showing their sex. After the boys were given a quick death the timer was reset to 18/6 for 14 days and the plants were then finally introduced to the flowering room set to 12/12.Where do you reduce and add light? I second that helpful info indeed!Thank you for posting such great details about MonsterCropping!
do you perhaps mean 'senescence'?Is it called inducing sence
Hey Richard, nice thread Ill be following along.
Nice your growing organically with your own soil. Just watering water comes in most handy and prevents alot of maintenance of automated systems.
Yes! Thanks

May I ask if you reduce your lightstrength during the reveg? How many days does it usually take for the plant to make a visible transition? When I reveg after harvest its approx. 7 days...
do you perhaps mean 'senescence'?
Cheers
I ve tried that for one time but it didnt work well. I harvested the first 30cm tops and hang that lamp more down but the swelling of the whole plant was stunted.I should have step harvested them.
